We had a call from one of our management company asked us to investigate the Extractor fan in Chelsea Gate Apartments. The fan was absolutely clogged through its ventilation tracks.
After dismantling the unit it has been found that unit it self was functional, needed to have a good clean.
After extractor fan assembling it was functioning well.
