Tenant reported clogged sink. During the investigation it has been found that food waste disposal insinerator was disconnected from electrical supply. Due to this it became rusty and completely blocked. Professional property maintenance Code handyman has made a temporary solution creating a few additional holes for water to pass through in order to avoid contamination. Solution is made before a new food waste disposal under sink unit arrives to our office.
