Plumber from Property Maintenance CODE attended on emergency basis to the property in London to investigate the leak. It was found that leak was from the tank overflow/overheat valve. Also the leak was continues and it was an emergency to repair it. Within 2 hours tank was full of water and again perfectly functioning. Thanks to the Property Maintenance CODE expert.
